Create an AccountWe do. And the way we looked at birds – and the world around us – was never the same.
At Bird Collective, we’d like to help others find similar inspiration, and that starts with getting binoculars in the hands of those who might not be ready to buy a pair just yet or who can’t afford them. By helping others to see what we see as birders, we hope to help create a new wave of conservationists, scientists, and activists that will care about the future of birds. With our Binocular Fund, we also want to provide them to educational groups and clubs in need of this vital tool of the trade.

These include Outward Bound Adventures, Wisconsin Natural Resources Foundation, NYC Public Schools, and Binoculars for Black Birders.
A special thanks goes to our partner Nocs, for helping us to acquire binoculars for some of these groups. Like us, Nocs has a strong mission. They have partnered with Trips for Kids Marin, a non profit that provides Bay Area kids from underserved communities with gear and opportunity to mountain bike. Nocs supports the organization through 1% for the Planet and direct volunteering. Nocs packaging is plastic free, made from post-consumer recycled products and printed with soy ink.
