Size runs too large. Purchased medium version so went to large this time. Totally different material and fit is way oversized. Both orders I made were not true to size at all

Unfortunately this shirt has not arrived. It is stuck in New York somewhere and it is a Christmas gift. I inquired with the company who told me nothing will be done until it has been 40 days from shipping - that puts it past Christmas despite me ordering early November and paying $36USD for shipping to Canada. It might end up being a nice shirt if we ever see it but I will likely never order from here again.

Unfortunately returned the sweatshirt because of quality. We've ordered a good amount of shirts and sweatshirts from the site and love them!!! But this and a couple of others we bought recently were clearly made differently than what we're used to. Just felt it was a big downgrade in materials. We kept the Golden Eagle sweatshirt though!!! Was made similarly to older products! Love Bird Collective nonetheless.

This sweater is surprisingly thick and has a light fleece interior that makes it soft and warm. The embroidery is fantastic, it’s my favorite sweater to wear!

So the shop sells two kinds of embroidered sweatshirts and I seem to have a problem telling them apart online. One kind feels much more substantial, a bit like a Comfort Colors long sleeve/crew neck compared to other brands, while the others are much thinner and fleecier on the inside. Both are good, but I much prefer the former to the latter. The chickadee and owl crewnecks are my favorites, while the owl, red-shouldered blackbird, duck, and osprey shirts are the fleecier versions inside. Like I said they're all good shirts. I own all of the embroidered crew necks and I plan on purchasing the subsequent releases, but I do wish there was an easier way to tell which construction each shirt uses.
