Shipping

Shipping and Processing Times

Our standard processing time for orders is within 5 business days, however during times of higher order volumes your order may take a little longer to process. Rest assured, we're working diligently to ensure that your order is carefully packed and ready to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Once your order ships you will receive tracking information. Please keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available in the carrier's system. We thank you for your patience. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The shipping durations shown during checkout are solely ESTIMATES for the transit time and are automatically generated by our shipping services. These estimates DO NOT include the processing time to package your order, regardless of the chosen shipping speed. On occasion, we may package orders on Friday afternoons, but they might only be collected by the shipping provider on the subsequent business day. It can take up to 72 hours for the package to be scanned into the shipping provider's system. Please be aware that we do not conduct shipments over the weekends. Our business operates exclusively from Monday to Friday for order fulfillment.

Vintage items, accessories, and patches may ship separately.

Patch Shipping

Patches are shipped via USPS. To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we do not ship small patch orders with tracking. For domestic orders, pease allow 5-15 business days after notification of shipping to receive it in your mailbox, For international orders, please allow 10-28 business days.

Your patches will arrive with your regular mail delivery in a small white envelope. Unless you purchase more than 4 patches, your patches will be shipped without tracking.

Pre-Shipment

If your order is stuck in pre-shipment that means that the order is in USPS possession. Due to the current situation with federal funding cuts and COVID-19, there are increased USPS disruptions in service. USPS delays are not uncommon, and once a package is with USPS, we have no means of tracking it beyond your own. If you have inquiries about your package it is best to reach out to USPS directly.

If you order is still in pre-shipment after one week please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. We know how frustrating delays can be, and are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, and orders typically take up to 28 business days to reach their destination. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax or additional charge. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

Shipping Policies

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.

Changes 

We cannot change the contents of your order. If your order is not correct, contact us immediately to cancel your order so you can place a new one.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately. We can only change shipping addresses of unprocessed orders. Once your order is processed we can no longer change your shipping address. We can not contact the carrier or give any delivery instructions to the carrier on the customers behalf. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will refund you for the items that were returned. You may then order the items again from our store. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered to the correct address but you still cannot find it after 2 business days, that package is considered stolen. We can file a claim on your behalf for a refund or replacement. This claim can only be filed 20 calendar days after the delivery date, and requires you to complete an online form, which we will email to you once we have access to it. If you need the items urgently, please consider purchasing them on our website immediately, and when we are able to file the claim, we can do so for a refund on the original order.

Shipping Speeds

Shipping speeds are not guaranteed. We do our best to prioritize expedited packages and will ship with the speed that you choose. We process most orders within 5 business days. During holidays and or times of large volume there may be delays in processing your order. We can not change the shipping speed after your order has been placed.
