Shipping

Shipping and Processing Times

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. After processing, the average shipping time is about 3-6 business days (with the exception of patches, see below) for domestic orders depending on your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES ONLY that are automatically generated by our shipping services. They DO NOT include processing times mentioned above, regardless of the speed of shipping you choose. Occasionally we will pack orders on weekends and your order will not be picked up until the next business day and can take up to 48 hours to be scanned into the shipping provider's system.

Vintage items, accessories, and patches may ship separately.

Patch Shipping

Patches are shipped via USPS. To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we do not ship small patch orders with tracking. For domestic orders, pease allow 5-15 business days after notification of shipping to receive it in your mailbox, For international orders, please allow 10-28 business days.

Your patches will arrive with your regular mail delivery in a small white envelope. Unless you purchase more than 4 patches, your patches will be shipped without tracking.

Pre-Shipment

If your order is stuck in pre-shipment that means that the order is in USPS possession. Due to the current situation with federal funding cuts and COVID-19, there are increased USPS disruptions in service. USPS delays are not uncommon, and once a package is with USPS, we have no means of tracking it beyond your own. If you have inquiries about your package it is best to reach out to USPS directly.

If you order is still in pre-shipment after one week please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. We know how frustrating delays can be, and are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, and orders typically take up to 28 business days to reach their destination. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax or additional charge. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

Shipping Policies

Changes or Cancellations

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.

Lost or Stolen Orders

We highly recommend including Route Package Protection at checkout to be covered if your order is lost or stolen. You can read more information about Route in our FAQ.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately. We can only change shipping addresses of unprocessed orders. Once your order is processed we can no longer change your shipping address. We can not contact the carrier or give any delivery instructions to the carrier on the customers behalf. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address we can re-ship the order to the correct address for a shipping fee. Shipping rates are calculated upon re-shipping. If you do not want your order re-shipped you can request to be refunded. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
