Shipping

Processing Times:

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 5 business days. 
  • During peak times (like sales or holidays), processing may take a little longer. We strive to pack and ship your order promptly.
  • Note: Woven blankets require additional processing time.

Holiday Season Shipping:

  • Shipping services may be slower during the holiday season. Delays in scanning and delivery are common, so we ask for your patience.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
  • Tracking details may take up to 72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Estimated shipping times at checkout are just that – estimates. We often ship sooner than expected, but please allow for variations, especially during busy periods.
  • Our team works diligently Monday to Friday. Orders packaged late on Friday may only be collected by the carrier on the next business day.
  • Please remember, we do not ship on weekends.

Patch Shipping

  • Patches are always shipped seperately from other items
  • Patches are sent via USPS.
  • To maintain low shipping costs, small patch orders (less than 4 patches) do not include tracking.
  • Domestic patch orders: Allow 5-15 business days for delivery after shipping notification.
  • International patch orders: Allow 10-28 business days for delivery.
  • Patches will arrive in a small white envelope with your regular mail.

Pre-Shipment

  • In case of a "pre-shipment" status, your order is with USPS, but they may be experiencing delays.
  • Due to factors like federal funding cuts, USPS service disruptions are not uncommon.
  • If you order is still in pre-shipment after one week please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. We know how frustrating delays can be, and are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, however delivery can take up to 28 business days or more.
  • Be aware that items can be held at customs, potentially delaying delivery.
  • Customers may incur customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Please be aware that international shipments are often subject to such fees, which are levied by the destination country and not by our company. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or control these charges as they vary from country to country. As these fees are not levied by us, we are unable to offer a refund for them.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.

Changes 

We cannot change the contents of your order. If your order is not correct, contact us immediately to cancel your order so you can place a new one.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for autofill features and it is your responsibility to check that the address that was autofilled is correct. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately. We can only change shipping addresses of unprocessed orders. Once your order is processed we can no longer change your shipping address. We can not contact the carrier or give any delivery instructions to the carrier on the customers behalf. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will refund you for the items that were returned. You may then order the items again from our store. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered to the correct address but you still cannot find it after 2 business days, that package is considered stolen. We can file a claim on your behalf for a refund or replacement. This claim can only be filed 20 calendar days after the delivery date, and requires you to complete an online form, which we will email to you once we have access to it. If you need the items urgently, please consider purchasing them on our website immediately, and when we are able to file the claim, we can do so for a refund on the original order.

Shipping Speeds

Shipping speeds are not guaranteed. We do our best to prioritize expedited packages and will ship with the speed that you choose. We process most orders within 5 business days. During holidays and or times of large volume there may be delays in processing your order. We can not change the shipping speed after your order has been placed. We can not offer refunds for shipping delays.
