Bird Collective Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Bird Collective Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (ToS). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Bird Collective LLC Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete program application. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. You agree to use the affiliate program in a manner that is ethical and in alignment with Bird Collective values. 3.2. Promotion should be professional, appropriate, and in line with our brand image.

4. Commissions and Payment

4.1. Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link or code. 4.2. Payments enter a 30-day holding period before they are paid to the affiliate

5. Restrictions

5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate links on coupon, deal, or discount sites. 5.2. Spamming, unsolicited promotions, or any form of harassment using the affiliate link or code is strictly forbidden. 5.3. Failure to comply will end is termination of affiliate program.

6. Term and Termination

6.1. The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your program application and will end when terminated by either party. 6.2. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

7. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions and affiliate program rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bird Collective LLC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

9. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or any products sold through the program.

10. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York.
