Birding Patch Club Subscriptions:
Bird Collective offers a monthly subscription service. All pay as you go subscriptions automatically renew on the 5th of the calendar month for successive increments at the then current subscription rate. Pre-paid subscriptions will renew on the same day of the month it was initially purchased. By purchasing a subscription, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and you hereby authorize Bird Collective to bill your credit card as described. If your subscription ever renews and you don't want it to, please contact as fast as possible so we can do our best to rectify the situation. If this is at all confusing, please email us for clarification!

Cancellation:
You are required to subscribe for a minimum of 3 months including your initial order. After the 3 month period, you may cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and going to "Manage Subscription". In order to cancel your subscription you must make your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 5th of the month). Address Changes:
You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your Bird Collective Online Account or by sending an email to info@birdcollective.com. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 5th of the month). Bird Collective is unable to provide refunds for any address changes that come in on or after the 5th of the month.
