Shipping Times:

Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be shipped out. After it ships the average shipping time is about 3-4 business days (with the exception of patches see below) for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders.  If you do not receive your shipping notification after 7 business days then please contact us.

Vintage items, accessories, and patches may ship separately. 

Patches are shipped via USPS. To keep the cost free we do not ship patches with tracking. Please allow 5-10 business days from when you order is shipped to receive it in your mailbox for domestic orders and 10-28 business days for international orders.

International Shipping: Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.


We have extended our return policy below to 90 days due to Covid-19. 

We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn product within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please visit our return center here to begin the process.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the entire garment and the damage described to info@birdcollective.com. Once we review, and the damage is deemed our fault, we will process a replacement immediately.

Vintage and sale items are final and returns will not be accepted.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval or rejection. If it's approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you want to exchange your item for a different size please visit our return center here.

Changes or Cancellations

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of shipping your order is in.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you made an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately to have it changed.  If the item is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will refund you minus shipping for your order. You will need to place a new order with the correct address if you wish to receive your item.

Package Lost In Transit


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@birdcollective.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regularly-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded. However, if your item is defective or damaged please contact us.


You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping, which is non-refundable. The turnaround time for exchanges will vary based on your location. 

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your return to be approved.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
