Birding, the simple act of enjoying wild birds, is for all of us. This is the one of the core principles of the Feminist Bird Club, founded in 2016, and also of the book "The Feminist Bird Club's Birding for a Better World."
Finding Joy and Community in Nature
We're never alone when birding. Learning to connect with lives different from our own—both human and non-human—is a step toward building a better world for all.
The Feminist Bird Club
The Feminist Bird Club is a nonprofit organization founded on principles of anti-racism and intersectional feminism. Its goal is to make birding inclusive and to support grassroots environmental and social justice movements.
