What's the commitment when I sign up?

There's a 3-month commitment once you subscribe.

Will I receive any of the patches currently on your website?

Every month we release a brand new patch, so with the exception of the current month's patch, you won't receive any of the patches currently for sale on our website.

What am I going to do with so many patches?

Wear them of course! Or if you choose not to, all of our patches are affixed to a trading card-sized backing, numbered, and with information about the species on the back, and so they make for a great collector's item to display in an album.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Pay-by-month subscriptions will be charged on the 5th of every month.

When will my subscription patch ship?

2-5 business days after being charged.

How are patches shipped?

In order to keep our subscription free or low-cost, we ship all patches via USPS with regular mail delivery. This means you won't receive tracking for your order.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

U.S. orders generally take 5-10 business days to arrive via USPS. We ask that you wait an additional 5 business days for your order to arrive. International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive via First Class Mail.

If it doesn't arrive in that time frame we'll gladly ship you a new patch! Just email us at info@birdcollective.com

How do I attach my patch?

All patches have iron-on backing; however, we suggest that you either sew or affix them with strong fabric glue for permanence.

How can I manage my subscription order?

You can make changes to your subscription, including change of address, pausing or cancelling, by creating an account on our website here. You must use the email address you entered when you purchased the subscription to create an account.

Once you've logged into your account, go to "Manage Subscription."

My credit card was declined, what should I do?

Our system will attempt to charge your credit card again on the following day. If you need to update your credit card info, log into your account and go to "Manage Subscription" to make any changes necessary to ensure you receive your patches without interruption. Your card will be tried 3 times before your subscription is paused. If this happens, please contact us at info@birdcollective.com.

Can I have multiple subscriptions ship to different addresses?

To ensure your patches are shipped to different locations, please place them as separate orders.

Do you have pre-paid subscriptions?

We do! Our pre-paid subscription makes an awesome gift. Available in 3, 6, and 12-month increments, choose the length you wish and we'll take care of the rest. Pre-paid subscriptions will process on the same day every month, based on the day you initially purchased it. You'll receive a confirmation every month once your order has processed and when it ships.
