Bird Patch Subscription FAQ

To manage your subscription you need to create an account using the email address associated with your subscription order. Once you have created this account you can log in and go to "my account
and then manage subscription.

Once you have registered or an account you can change your shipping address under "My Account" and you will see a section that says "Manage Subscription." Once you click that you will see the option to update your shipping address.

Once you have been subscribed for the minimum of 3 months you will have the option to cancel your subscription under your subscription settings.

Our system will attempt to charge your credit card again on the following day. If you need to update your credit card info, log into your account and go to "Manage Subscription" to make any changes necessary to ensure you receive your patches without interruption. Your card will be tried 3 times before your subscription is paused. If this happens, please contact us at info@birdcollective.com.

There's a 3-month commitment once you subscribe. This is so we can continue to offer the subscription at a discounted price.

Every month we release a brand new patch, so with the exception of the current month's patch, you won't receive any of the patches currently for sale on our website.

Pay-by-month subscriptions will be charged on the 5th of every month.

We have offered these in the past and we hope to offer them again soon! Our database recently went through migration and we are hoping that we can bring back our pre-paid option in the next year. 

All patches have iron-on backing; however, we suggest that you either sew or affix them with strong fabric glue for permanence.

Wear them of course! Or if you choose not to, all of our patches are affixed to a trading card-sized backing, numbered, and with information about the species on the back, and so they make for a great collector's item to display in an album.

2-5 business days after being charged.

In order to keep our subscription free or low-cost, we ship all patches via USPS with regular mail delivery. This means you won't receive tracking for your order.

U.S. orders generally take 5-10 business days to arrive via USPS. We ask that you wait an additional 5 business days for your order to arrive. International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive via First Class Mail.

In order to have patches shipped to different locations, please place them as separate orders.
