Hi! I signed up for the monthly subscription for the first patch of the month in April and I didn’t get May July or August. I only got June which was I believe the great egret patch. I had been communicating with somebody previously in July but nothing was ever solved. I’m just hoping that I can get the missing patches and make sure that everything is up-to-date for my future orders. If I can change my address to my mom‘s address that might be easier because it won’t be in an apartment Please let me know if I can provide any further information to get this problem solved !

WE LOVE OUR BIRD PATCH SUBSCRIPTION! Our second patch just came today and my husband and I had so much fun opening the envelope and being surprised with which bird it was (rock pigeon--we are overjoyed! :P ). My only wish is a tracking number for the mailing. I did not receive mine last month so it would have been nice to be able to research the delivery.

Ive been getting monthly bird patches for about 5 years. Rach patch arrives on a card with info on the back. I put them in a photo album and add the date I first saw the bird in “ person” is applicable. Its a person treasure I intend to keep adding to.

Just a suggestion: I wish the patches had more of a border/extra edge for sewing them on. When sewing them, i can see my sewing thread color in the bird design if it’s any different from the embroidery thread used on the bird.
